Terms of Service

These terms describe the general conditions for requesting and using BMW Online Tool and BMW Offline Tool licenses.

Product use

The software is intended for professional users, workshops and specialists working with BMW service, diagnostic and coding functions. The user is responsible for using the software lawfully and only on vehicles and systems they are authorized to work with.

Licenses

Online licenses are subscription-based. Offline Full is offered as a perpetual license for the offline package and does not require renewal. License terms, included modules and activation details should be confirmed before purchase.

Offline requirements

The Offline Version requires the user to have their own BMW AOS access. BMW AOS access is not included with the Offline Version. The user downloads the ISTA configuration file from BMW AOS and uses it inside the program.

Compatibility

Compatibility depends on the selected package, user environment, vehicle data and required files. Contact us before purchase to confirm the required version and module set.
