BMW NCD 2.0 generator for Windows and service modules
BMW Online Tool is a licensed Windows program that prepares FA and SVT requests and receives supported signed NCD 2.0 files, plus BMW service tokens and vehicle data.
Choose the Online Version to work without your own BMW AOS access, or the Offline Version if you already use BMW AOS.
NCD 2.0 GENERATOR
Both products generate supported NCD 2.0 results from matching FA and SVT files. The program is designed for regular work; the online service is designed for individual browser requests.
Install the licensed application, load FA and SVT, select supported ECUs and receive the prepared NCD 2.0 ZIP. The selected license can also include KDS/LCS, SFA, ISTA, CBB and vehicle-data modules.
Upload matching XML files in the browser and download the prepared ZIP after successful processing. The service is primarily intended for customers who can pay with Russian bank cards through YooKassa.
General functionality
The software is built around NCD 2.0 signed coding files and includes additional BMW service modules. The available modules depend on the selected version and package.
Prepare FA and SVT requests and receive supported signed NCD 2.0 files for BMW Secure Coding.
Request a vehicle-specific FSC code package using VIN.
Request a vehicle-specific SFA code package using VIN.
Get a diagnostic token for ISTA.
Get a KDS token for supported service functions.
Get tokens for supported LCS switch configuration.
Get a provisioning file for HU. Not intended for U.S.-market vehicles.
Get CBB / Validation for the Online version.
Get Factory FA by VIN in both Online and Offline versions.
Get vehicle information by VIN, including options, ECU data, FSC and SFA summary.
Two versions
Both versions follow the same module structure, but differ in licensing, requirements and available modules.
The Online Version is for users who want to work without their own BMW AOS access. It requires an internet connection and an active BMW Online Tool license. CBB / Validation is available only in the Online version: it is included in Online Full and can be added to Online Basic as an optional module.
The Offline Version is installed locally and is intended for users who have their own BMW AOS access. It does not require renewal; the license is perpetual for the activated computer.
Pricing
Basic online package with core online modules. The license is valid for one year, activated on one computer, and tied to its ID.
Renewal: 200 € per year. Additional online module: 100 € per module.

Online Version requires internet and an active license. Offline Version is a perpetual license with no renewal required, but the user must have their own BMW AOS access and download the ISTA configuration file from BMW AOS. Licenses are tied to the computer ID.
Offline Full includes NCD 2.0 signed files, FSC package by VIN, SFA package by VIN, Diagnostic Token ISTA, KDS token, LCS switch tokens, HU provisioning file, Factory FA by VIN and Vehicle Info.
Online Full includes all online modules, including CBB / Validation. Online Basic includes the base modules, and extra online modules can be added separately.
No. BMW AOS access is not included. The user must have their own BMW AOS access for the Offline Version.
Online Basic includes NCD 2.0 signed files / Secure Coding, FSC Pack by VIN, Factory FA by VIN and Vehicle Info. Additional online modules are available for 100 € per module.
