What CBB Validation does
CBB Validation is a request/response workflow used by supported diagnostic or certificate-related ECU processes. The user supplies a request generated by the local tool, and the backend returns the corresponding digital response when the request can be processed.
The service does not invent missing vehicle data and does not replace the local diagnostic procedure. The quality and context of the input request remain important.
Preparing the request
- Create the request using the exact vehicle and ECU workflow for which the response will be used.
- Do not modify the request payload manually. Even small changes can invalidate identifiers, encoded data or request integrity.
- Save the request with a clear filename and keep a copy of the original before uploading.
Online processing sequence
- Sign in to the online services account and confirm that the balance covers the service cost.
- Select the CBB request file and submit it. The backend checks the session, input and supported processing path.
- When a valid response is prepared, the download button becomes available and credits are deducted. If preparation fails, the service does not deduct credits.
Common issues
- The request was created for a different ECU, vehicle or diagnostic session.
- The request file is incomplete, changed after export or not a supported format.
- The upstream validation service rejects the request or is temporarily unavailable.
- The local tool expects the response in a different workflow stage or software version.
Using the response
Return to the same local workflow that created the request and import the response according to that tool’s procedure.
Keep the request and response together. Do not reuse a response for another vehicle, ECU or unrelated operation unless the source workflow explicitly supports it.

Frequently asked questions
Can I upload any ECU file?
No. The service expects a supported CBB request produced by the relevant local workflow.
Can the request be edited in a text editor?
Editing is not recommended because encoded fields and integrity data may become invalid.
When are credits deducted?
Only after the backend successfully prepares the digital result.
What should I do after downloading?
Import the response into the same compatible workflow that created the request and follow its local instructions.
